Job Description – Corporate Lawyer with a focus on Insurance Law and Data Protection

We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Lawyer who wants a key role in our work with insurance law and data protection. In this role, you will be an important legal support in the organization and ensure that our processes maintain high quality.

You will work closely with the business area for property insurance and risk assessment and be part of the management support team.

In addition to insurance law, we would like you to have knowledge in data protection, as you will have overall responsibility for the data protection area.

You will have a quality responsibility for data protection issues where you play an important role in both larger projects as well as handling customer matters and operational questions.

The company has a clear innovation agenda, and you will have the opportunity to contribute in exciting areas such as AI and robotics.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing legal support to the organization in insurance law and business-related legal areas.
• Contribute legal expertise in innovation and product development processes.
• Drive and coordinate internal governance, control, and quality work within property insurance.
• Be responsible for managing data processing agreements and support contract managers with questions.
• Participate in projects to ensure that data protection work is conducted with high quality.
• Develop and improve processes and work instructions within data protection and insurance law.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a law degree from a university and a few years of experience working with data protection law and insurance legal issues. If you also have experience from banking or other financial operations, it is a plus.

You have good analytical skills, a structured approach, and a solution-oriented mindset. You will drive issues independently and lead development work while valuing good collaboration and being a team player who spreads energy around you. High accountability, strong communication skills, and self-motivation are crucial for success in this role. You thrive in both strategic and operational work and have a natural ability to build trust and collaborate across different business areas.
